We enjoyed our stay for 4 nights in a spacious room with a beautiful balcony. The staff truly impressed us. they were welcoming and always remembered us. Don’t miss the fish tacos! Expect some renovation hiccups but overall, it was a pleasant escape with a beachfront view.

I really enjoyed the spacious room with a partial ocean view. The mini fridge in the room was perfect for storing drinks during our beach days. The location near the beach was unbeatable. Staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, which set a good tone for our stay. However, we had major issues with the elevators. Only one was working and waiting times stretched past 10 minutes, which was frustrating, especially when carrying beach gear. During our stay, the pool area wasn’t cleaned up properly until late in the morning, leaving some debris from the night before. Also, a few interactions with the restaurant staff felt a bit cold, which was disappointing. Although the breakfast options were decent, the service could definitely improve. Overall, there were great aspects, but the maintenance and service in some areas need a serious look.

Staying here with family was a mixed experience. The proximity to the beach was fantastic for sunset views, and the restaurant served delicious food, especially the Jamaican-themed dishes. Overall, the food and beach access made it worthwhile, but improvements are needed in service and facilities.

I enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Virginia Beach. The location provided easy beach access, and the mini fridge in my room was a nice touch. One elevator being out of service made things a bit inconvenient, but overall, I had a lovely experience.

The pool was fantastic for the kids, and we loved that the hotel was pet-friendly, making it easy for us to bring our dog along. The ocean view from our balcony was spectacular, and we enjoyed evening strolls on the beach nearby.

In my wife’s opinion, the parking situation was stressful. Improving on that would help families have a smoother experience, especially when unloading luggage and kids.

the sheraton is a fantastic spot just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. we loved the beachfront dining which was a big plus. the 24-hour fitness center kept us active, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with our room. they were quick to assist!

Housekeeping could use severe improvements!!! There’s nothing worse than unclean rooms and broken amenities throughout the hotel!!! It’s frustrating to deal with slow service in restaurants and crowded pool areas!!! Why not step it up?
